2026-07-15	Jo*****	So far the app has worked OK. Sharing the app with another household member seemed like it would be easy, but it wasn’t as straightforward as it could’ve been. Some fixes that would be appreciated for the app: 1. Make it so multiple people can control all app features as a co-owner versus a user. 2. Support website doesn’t work from a cellular device. It’s just broken. 3. Lockout for certain times of day.

2026-05-01	Sh*****	When you buy this $500.00 EV charger, the box doesn't tell you that the power source is sold separately. It also doesn't tell you that in order for the app to work, you need a 2.5 Megahertz instead of a 5. This information should be displayed somewhere on the box to determine purchase. You don't find all this out until you have paid an electrician to Come and install. I do not recommend this product

2025-12-05	Al*****	Notifications from the app (when charging starts, stops, etc) has never worked. Support stopped responding to my emails attempting to troubleshoot the issue. Something as basic as notifications should be a minimum requirement for an app. While the charger itself works great, the app leaves much to be desired. Disappointing experience.

2025-11-11	Ro*****	I have numerous things from Dewalt. So once I bought an f150 lightening the first thing I did was get a Dewalt charger. For the 40 amp it is about 93% efficient which is amazing to charge with little loss. I honestly don’t have any complaints .

Add schedule that locks out the charger during specific hours/days for when you are not home, etc. 3. Add ability to use on chargepoint network if you want to enable public charging for a fee. 4. Put the lockout button on the main screen. 5. Enable text/email notifications for charging notices.

2025-05-31	Gc*****	I do not like the Dewalt ev charging app. It is so limited and does not give you deep insights. To say my Toyota app is better is hard for me to say, but there it is. I’d like to know why my scheduled charging is always failing. In the year 2025, this really should be on 5Ghz and not 2.4 for WiFi. You REALLY need some more work on this one dewalt!
