When you buy this $500.00 EV charger, the box doesn't tell you that the power source is sold separately. It also doesn't tell you that in order for the app to work, you need a 2.5 Megahertz instead of a 5. This information should be displayed somewhere on the box to determine purchase. You don't find all this out until you have paid an electrician to Come and install. I do not recommend this product

It’s really convenient because once I schedule it for the super off‑peak electricity hours and plug in the car at any time, it automatically starts charging during the super off‑peak period. The charger is sturdy and highly reliable.

Notifications from the app (when charging starts, stops, etc) has never worked. Support stopped responding to my emails attempting to troubleshoot the issue. Something as basic as notifications should be a minimum requirement for an app. While the charger itself works great, the app leaves much to be desired. Disappointing experience.
