I tried downloading the app but it wanted my password? Then I created an account and it doesn’t recognize the email I have used for 15 years! It says it’s invalid now what do I do to access my records

This app does not work. It’s suppose to be able to let you request your records but the app is stuck on the part about choosing your custodian. Clear path get it together.
