Repeated issues include payment/checkout failures (Apple Pay), duplicate charges, and rewards bugs; login/account instability; and orders that don’t always process or are unavailable at pickup. Loyalty rewards are often misapplied or not credited, and post-update changes removal of features and a less friendly UI draw criticism. Overall, great product quality but reliability problems hamper the experience.

Recent reviews

I love candy cloud’s birthday cake soft serve ice cream. The frosting is my favorite part of the creation and I would love if you guys were to add the option to make the pink frosting an add on for all layered ice creams!! Also adding more options in the soft serve special request for an order would be nice! For example if someone wanted to order the strawberry crunch ice cream creation but they don’t want white cake, an option to request no white cake (or other things) would be nice.
