2025-04-27 ka***** Just as the title states Super restaurant but the app is horrible and does not do what it’s designed to do which is giving customers an fairly easy way to gain rewards. Near impossible! It does not recognize the receipts that we try to upload.

2025-04-06 A ***** I love Hall’s but hate the app. There are sophomores in high school that could design a better app. It used to be so simple, just give your Hall Pass card to your server and you always got your points. But now, with the app, in dim lighting combined with alcohol and minuscule fields for entering the check details it is almost impossible to enter the info correctly. So I ask my server to do it for me. Even when they do it, half the time my check is declined. Several days later when I realize that my check has been declined, at that point I have call in, spend thirty minutes explaining and eventually I might get my points. It just totally ruins what should be a lovely experience. The food, the wine, the service, the atmosphere are always 5 star. But the app needs to be scrapped and totally redesigned. A one star evaluation is about 5 stars too high. Sometimes I feel like the app has been designed to cheat customers of their points.

2024-05-22 Do***** Whomever created this thing or updates it (the app) needs to be replaced with a developer that can produce an App that actually works and makes it more convenient for the customer or you just need to eliminate it and go back to old system or do away with rewards all together. This app affects the Halls experience in a negative way, meaning it devalues the business.

2024-04-04 Ha***** I have the Hall’s reward program and the points are never calculated correctly. They offered members double points in March and now April. I’m still waiting on my March points. I have emailed Jennifer but I think she is overwhelmed with emails because of the problems this app has caused. It takes her a month or more to respond. Hall’s prides itself on their customer service at the restaurant but they have truly dropped the ball with this app.

2024-03-03 Th***** This has got to be the worst app out of all the existing apps. Sometimes it lets you sign in and sometimes it doesn’t. Gets your profile info wrong. Halls really doesn’t want a rewards program, they just are playing with you.

2023-12-10 Je***** We have a reward card, we would give this card to our server when we paid the bill and our points would accrue without incident or hassle. Now we take the check home, open this app (which looks like it’s from the 90’s), enter the check number, total, etc perfectly or the submission is declined. In fact, it’s so difficult that Halls has sent out an email longer than a Mortgage Agreement to explain the process. Halls also felt the need to produce a video with the instructions as well. All of this within 7 days of dining with them. If not, you must contact Jen directly. It’s truly amazing that at no time did anyone at Halls say to themselves: “maybe we didn’t make this as easy or as slick as possible”.

2023-12-10 Ka***** I entered both of my receipts from past visits into the app after visiting Halls and Rita’s but now none of the points or history are showing up in the app. It says I have $0 in points and $0 spent in my history. The app seems very inconsistent and janky. Hoping they can roll out some updates asap
