2026-08-19	nd*****	Terrible app UKG has no support phone number to talk to about app issues. The DON is questioning me about my time, as to why I couldn’t punch in or out the system. The punch tab is completely missing on my phone. The app is up to date and current. The system is always down the computer is always not working in the break room. Terrible app. No one has answers. I’m not the only one that’s having issues with the app.

2026-08-19	M *****	We shouldn’t have to go on a serious hunt for pay related info. There should be a tab labeled PTO, Vacation, etc. I feel it should be front and center not buried under a circuitous label that’s unrelated to time off.

2026-08-18	Bo*****	Don’t know who is responsible for showing requested time off? It would be nice to see any time off requests once it is submitted. As of now we can not see those requests to know if done correctly. Change a request if already submitted. Cancel a request if already made if something has changed in our life. Otherwise the App is good.

I work for a large fire department and every aspect of this thing either crashes or does not work at all. somebody in administration must’ve got a kick back. There’s no way they thought this was a good idea and and all these five star reviews have to be fake. There’s no way there actually this happened with this product.

2026-08-18	Na*****	The app allows me to do things like Meal In BEFORE I Meal Out which shouldn’t be possible. If I accidentally hit Clock Out before logging back in from lunch, it will let me do it. I wish the system had more safeguards or knew that I can’t do one thing before doing another first.

2026-08-18	ok*****	This app is awful. The UI is cluttered, unintuitive, and unnecessarily complicated. Simple things like checking your work schedule or accessing your time card require way too many clicks, while important features are buried behind multiple menus. To make matters worse, the app constantly freezes, disconnects, or times out. What should be a quick and simple task becomes a frustrating process of navigating through menus and waiting for the app to respond. This is easily one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had using an app to manage my work schedule and time card. UKG Pro seriously needs a major redesign and significant improvements to reliability and usability.
