Terrible app UKG has no support phone number to talk to about app issues. The DON is questioning me about my time, as to why I couldn’t punch in or out the system. The punch tab is completely missing on my phone. The app is up to date and current. The system is always down the computer is always not working in the break room. Terrible app. No one has answers. I’m not the only one that’s having issues with the app.

We shouldn’t have to go on a serious hunt for pay related info. There should be a tab labeled PTO, Vacation, etc. I feel it should be front and center not buried under a circuitous label that’s unrelated to time off.
