2026-08-01	Mj*****	I’ve been trying to make my rent payment and it tells me there’s no saved payment options. I go to add a CC and it tells me that payment option is already saved but I can’t see it to make the payment. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and it’s still not working. It’s very frustrating.

Thanks to Mariel and Mary for the prompt assistance all throughout the application process and for being responsive and welcoming. We are loving this property, it gives a pleasant and secured vibes that are perfect for families. Staff are friendly and professional, and the amenities are well-maintained and clean.

When I click "forgot password" (despite entering the correct password), I never receive the promised link via email (yes I've checked trash and junk folders). I've deleted and downloaded the app several times, restarted my iphone several times, but this issue continues. Yet another example of how apps often times make life worse. I really wish our apartment accepted good old fashion and reliable Bill Pay instead. I hate this app.
