The app is very glitchy and sketchy. I got the app to find cleaning jobs and could not see any available for several weeks. One day, I started getting email alerts about available jobs, but when I clicked "claim," nothing happened. I messaged Support twice before getting a response, which contained templatized language and help article links. Shortly thereafter, I got an email that I'd passed my background check and was activated. I claimed 2 jobs and both cancelled immediately, so I claimed 2 more. One of them cancelled right away, and the other went from $16 bonus to $0 bonus after claiming it, and mysteriously the support team had no record of this. Based on online accounts. people cancel due to deceptive sales techniques tricking people into recurring cleans they don't want. Also, people will cancel after you book, if they want a lower price. Seems to be deceptive on both sides!

They will promote instant pay, and the get paid quick & easy bs. But the gag is 99.9% of the jobs you complete, payment will be processed on Monday and you will be paid that Friday ! BUT WAIT if you complete any jobs AFTER Monday they will hold your check until the following week so they can pay you all at once in one lump sum. So basically you’ll be cleaning peoples homes for $19 (new client fee) & not getting paid until 3 weeks out. I had ambitions of being a top cleaner in my neighborhood but I WILL NOT BE WORKING WITH THEM UNTIL I GET MY MONEY. My first job was May 3rd & I will be expecting my check May 14th. A DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY WTF
