This whole thing is suspicious. Customers can cancel, but cleaners cannot. 13 dollars an hour for a whole house clean? They tout instant pay, yet fail to deliver. Called them out on their “weekly deposit” claims. It’s the same card used for instant pay, so they fail at that. I will change my review when they change how they operate a so called business.

I’ve been annoyed from this app because it doesn’t let me turn on my location when getting to work. I even uninstalled it then tried logging back in but say I put in the wrong password when I know I clearly typed in the correct password
