I think the way this operates is it prioritizes people who do not want to grow. From a business perspective this makes sense. If you’re a hustler chances are the algo will see you as a threat. And like any perceived threat you will be taken out. Therefore I think there can be a bridge where a long term relationship can exist however I’m still thinking about what that could look like as everyone does not have integrity. Nevertheless, I believe a lot of the people having a hard time may be experiencing it because of the way the algo is set up. I think this company is fairly new however they are steady and growing, I think there is a possibility for this to change over time. Unfortunately I was not valued or respected and had to walk away. I hope they are able to change and make accommodations to sustain their best within their ecosystem
