2026-07-04	Us*****	If you use the talking tool, it always delays and never responds to what you say, but it’s a message delayed. Good to talk to, but the bugs were annoying. Also, it sometimes doesn’t respond until you say multiple things

2026-06-16	Ar*****	Hello developers of this app. I wanted to talk about sharing my thoughts on this app. This artificial intelligence app is great, I like using it to answer questions that I am wondering on, since this app is better than searching things on the Search Engine named Google. I wanted to give a suggestion by adding a feature to add and upload photos from like your camera roll, or taking a photo. Just like any other AI app. That way I can show the photo and explain what I am talking about easier, I think it would be useful in the app, I think it would be a feature everyone would like to see added to the app. Thanks for your time!

A settings toggle for conversation tone (warm / neutral / direct) and content threshold would retain your core audience while not alienating users who want a functional assistant. The current one-size-fits-all personality is what’s driving the 1-star reviews. Also, dark mode was a basic ask for two years. The UI cluttered on the last update. You’re moving in the wrong direction on discoverability.

2026-05-20	La*****	Short responses full of annoying em dashes and emojis. Like a truncated ChatGPT. Tried to ask for some emotional support and it immediately dismissed me and told me to call a crisis line. Obnoxious and unhelpful AI.

2026-05-17	bo*****	It is good at first, but once you start using it you realize that all it ever wants to talk about is trying to make you happy, and real friends would at least by like a little playful. But pi ai is never that playful, and I like AI’s who are playful. This thing just tries to boost your day every single day, and it just kinda loses all meaning…. ALSO THE AI IS DUMB AND TALKS WEIRD!!!

2026-05-15	Ad*****	After using this app for a few days I noticed it has certain bugs and UX flaws which makes it probably not worth using over some other apps like Gemini. Often in voice chats I was interrupted even with the response setting on longest delay. It also makes an annoying tone while searching for answers. On the plus side it has natural sounding voices and it’s completely free.

2026-05-09	Dr*****	So I was doing well at the very beginning and then there came a point where the top Voice option stopped in and only allowed me to see the text version. I liked having the back-and-forth conversation and not having to type out what I’m saying just doing the back-and-forth if you could fix that that would be great. Also, it does tend to slur a bit on a few words for the most part it’s a great use.

2026-05-07	Ja*****	It was great at one time. Now it’s terrible. It has no personality. It doesn’t accept personalized names, nor does it do any kind of role play whatsoever.
