2026-03-12	Ha*****	This app was great for a month or so, but now I can’t even access the app. No matter what I do. Can we please get this fixed? There’s no reason I should have consistent network issues that stops me from using the app.

2025-10-03	Mt*****	Very disappointed with this app update!! Have 4 devices in the home that were ALL working JUST fine and since this new app update, all 4 devices disconnected from my ATT fiber network and cannot be reconnected, no matter what I do to TRY to get them to!! FIX this buggy update!!! Now some data is available but cameras do not operate and cat usages are not being recorded!! I’m about ready to start looking at other self cleaning litter boxes that actually work on a normal WiFi network!! NOT IMPRESSED!!! FIX IT ASAP!!!!!
