When connected, it delivers the expected features; however, ongoing reliability problems deter consistent use.

Recent reviews

The App keeps malfunctioning and there is no one responding at AirPet or Meowant to my requests for help. I have three devices that have worked without issues until a week ago. I am very disappointed with the App and extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. Maybe a bad review is necessary to get a response.

The app does not register my cats weight or half the time to go in there. It will say they weigh 1 pound or 3 pounds and my cats are 8 pounds and 10 pounds. So I never know who’s using it and half the time the litter box does not cycle and I have to do it manually. I feel like the app is useless.

The app was pretty user friendly and a nice feature for me as a first time cat owner. Tracks weight, usage, etc. After about 7 months, I was logged out automatically and couldn’t open the app. I kept getting an error message. Saw others have the same problem in some forums and it seems to be correlated to a recent iOS update. Unfortunately there is no way to contact or message the company who made the app to try to rectify the problem.
