2026-07-06	Bi*****	App doesn’t update for your flight status. They only can charge you more money on the app but can’t even show if it’s delayed. Never mind rebooking if a connecting flight gets missed or if one is canceled. Stone Age tech.

I bought a ticket on expedia and nowhere it mentioned that I had to check in, on my own, 24 h before the flight or I would have had to pay €50! I found out about this later. I tried to check in 24 hours before and the system would not accept my booking code… result… they stole €50 from me!

2025-03-23	Ma*****	Last update does not update - it gives me a blank page with nothing on it included my saved data on the mobile app. Also when changing the tickets at the payments options I tried 3 different payments method and keep not accepting the payment either card or PayPal or debit card - please fix - also I would suggest a space for communicating with customer service from the app - right now you can’t and need to go on line to search for a link etc - not very user friendly when I’m trying to get assistance and change my ticket from my mobile app

2024-06-22	To*****	Check in works now on the app. Easy to use! Only worry is the luggage piece. We were traveling with 15lb bags that were not considered a small cabin bag so it cost an extra €60/person even though the app showed €27/person but it wouldn’t let us add it through there..

2024-01-03	hi*****	I tried to check in for my flight 9 hours before it departed and the app said check in was not available yet. I went online to the website and it didn’t work at all. Once I got to the airport the customer service said that the only way to check in was to pay a fee of 25€ per ticket. All because the app doesn’t work
