Recently I e been charged even though I wasn’t able to get a scheduled time. Everything welded is fine, but that. I do appreciate the app. So that’s just the one issue now.

Great experience, Kind Drivers!

When the Lincoln area “runs on time” and you schedule a ride within the time frames of the regulated times (6:37-6:35), all the rides are unavailable. I’m not sure if they’ve run out of drivers or what but they’re not helpful and when you try to schedule in the same day, it s even worse. The app and the dispatchers both need more work because they are both unhelpful, hindering, and cause issues.
