This connected service combines vans and free transfers to buses to continue longer trips. Unlike some other transportation options, RTD Van Go! will even pick up passengers in rural San Joaquin County.

Every RTD Van Go! vehicle is wheelchair accessible and Van Go! drivers are trained, licensed, and fully prepared to help with accessibility needs.

This app has never worked and it looks like someone paid a 10 year old to design it. I don’t know how someone can manage to make something look so straight forward and still not work. It’s like they didn’t even try. The website version is even worse.

I don’t like how it’s such a long wait time to get a hold of customer service agent and it gets annoying cuz the machine repeats itself over and over. And in the app doesn’t give option to cancel you have to contact the customer service line.
