Many of them assume you are in a romantic relationship, that you have kids, and don’t take into account the way that marginalization can affect quality of life. It’s decent for tracking moods and sleep, but apps like Daylio are way better for that. Many of the suggestions are suspicious, like YouTuber therapists that are problematic/irresponsible.

2025-02-25	My*****	I like it but today I opened it and the format was different and I like the old one better where it would give you an example for what each number on the mood scale meant. I also wish I could add my own reasons and not be limited to family, friends, work, health, etc in what’s making you feel that way. But stroop is fun I like stroop
