2026-06-06 So***** Have had this for over a month and can’t get it to pair. Used multiple devices/different networks to try to pair. The app isn’t properly functional and won’t clear out the last network I tried to use to pair product. Support isn’t helpful. They blame it on the internet provider and “position” the customers to go back and talk to them for resolution. I was just trying to keep my household safe. Now we’re unsafe and out $60.

2026-06-05 j.***** Dealt with the light bulbs for over a year. I have eight. One died within the first year and the rest always have connection issues. Reset them pair them, will work for maybe a week. Then other days half the room will work and the other half doesn’t. Reset and pair but still says offline. One out of 2 on the light fixture will work most days rarely will both work. (No it’s not my internet.) I’m respectfully so over it! Im throwing these things away! Im done.

2026-06-03 ni***** these are the worst cameras i’ve ever had the displeasure of having. the feed never loads and it is constantly telling me to check my internet connection, which i know is not the problem because magically everything else in the house is always working. i’ve switched to different cameras that DON’T charge a subscription and have not had a wifi problem with those yet

2026-06-03 So***** This the second time that this is happened to me. The camera doesn’t want to scan the QR quote. At first I thought it was the camera, and I tried to return it and brought a different one that is more expensive. However, the second one still doesn’t want to scan the QR quote like bruh

2026-06-02 Ga***** What a garbage app this is. My experience was utterly horrible. Very glitchy and buggy and for the longest time i couldnt connect the smart bulb. I tried before and everything normal but i could not connect it for the longest time and every now and then my account gets locked up and i hace to sign in again. Horrible

2026-05-28 As***** I have had this light for a while and my app is starting to mess up and I can’t change the color it says “scene deactivate” and when I click it, it will go to the bright light selection for a couple seconds then go back to the “scene deactivate” idk what to do I’ve deleted the app redownloaded it rest it rest the light forgot the light and re added it nothing has worked please fix your app.
