Have had this for over a month and can’t get it to pair. Used multiple devices/different networks to try to pair. The app isn’t properly functional and won’t clear out the last network I tried to use to pair product. Support isn’t helpful. They blame it on the internet provider and “position” the customers to go back and talk to them for resolution. I was just trying to keep my household safe. Now we’re unsafe and out $60.

Dealt with the light bulbs for over a year. I have eight. One died within the first year and the rest always have connection issues. Reset them pair them, will work for maybe a week. Then other days half the room will work and the other half doesn’t. Reset and pair but still says offline. One out of 2 on the light fixture will work most days rarely will both work. (No it’s not my internet.) I’m respectfully so over it! Im throwing these things away! Im done.

these are the worst cameras i’ve ever had the displeasure of having. the feed never loads and it is constantly telling me to check my internet connection, which i know is not the problem because magically everything else in the house is always working. i’ve switched to different cameras that DON’T charge a subscription and have not had a wifi problem with those yet
