Ever since I started using this bank account alway having issues with deposit from mobile to account last time I tried sending money to my account, I sent 500 first it didn’t then I sent 100 again , for a whole day it didn’t reflect I called them and WhatsApp them but they didn’t respond their customers service very poor I was then for two days contract them again no reply, later got a message of 500 deposit to my account but never received the 100 I sent the second time up to now , please work on your system well not just the app and graphics

Everyone here seems to be complaining about the app, but the app has the best features and makes banking easier. Fine, sometimes you may experience challenges but overall, this app works so well. So far so good 👍🏼
