Not only does it (1) Teach me about fasting and its different forms (2) Allow me to track my fast and monitor my water intake, it also goes into depth teaching about prayer, encouraging the reading of the Word, and includes reminder of WHY we are called to do all of these things…it’s all a part of being faithful and good Servants of our Lord and Savior.
