2026-01-15	jd*****		I’ve used different Channel managers and PMS’ over the years, but the user interface was just clunky and messy. Guestway is the absolute BEST solution for any property managers or hosts listed on multiple OTAs. Becomes way more useful as you grow your team as well, my favorite feature is being able to see what percentages of messages were sent by different people on my team, and I can easily track performance by team member in Guestway. One of my team members has been working in property management for many years, and the first thing she commented on when we onboarded her was how amazing guestway was compared to ever other software she’s used! Absolute gamechanger!
