It it so difficult to get support with any issues or questions. You can call the number but usually no one answers, you can request a call back but you might not get one and if you do it’s the next day. You can start a chat in the website and talk to the robot but if you need a person it can take 6 hours for someone to get on the chat and if you don’t answer immediately they close the chat and you have to start all over.

Save your time and work with something else. The app never sends notifications. They just changed the interface but haven’t fixed the notification problem. Not to mention the customer service - it has take 20 days and counting to cancel my account. I get a response about once a week, usually on a Friday, most likely so they can milks more money out of me. Truly Guesty is a money pit of a mess, save your time, go somewhere else.
