The app won’t let you do some critical things Whenever I have a Vrbo cancellation I can’t use the app to unblock the cancelled reservation days. Also you can’t update billing info in the app. These things didn’t use to be a problem. Well, cancellations from VRBO were handled properly in the past . But now you have to go and try to cancel what guesty still thinks is in use. Can’t do that in the app. Shouldn’t need to!
