Some features in the app like blocking dates don’t work, app layout is busy and unintuitive, no phone number to call, customer support exists only as AI chat or by submitting a ticket, which is answered by AI agent with info you can look up yourself. Dynamic pricing costs extra on top of $39 for the Lite version and doesn’t seem to affect pricing set manually before. Yet, they charge 1% of the booking price if you turn it on.
