Features that were previously included with the original purchase of this $200 dual camera baby monitor are now $12.99 per month, PER CAMERA 😊 I used to be able to look back at days worth of event footage and now conveniently, I can barely look back at 2-4 hrs unless I pay PER CAMERA. In response to a different review, developers claim that it depends on number of recorded events but this is not true. Where this was previously not an issue at all (literally in the 1+ yr I’ve owned it) since the subscription model was introduced, I have significantly less playback history than I did prior. Feeling coerced, I paid for the top tier membership, watched my previously free benefits be instantly reinstated but only for one of my children’s rooms :)))) at which point I became enraged at the blatant cash grab. Since the previous benefit of no subscription is gone, you’re better off with Nanit. This camera notoriously has connection issues, video display lags, and other problems that I was happy to troubleshoot knowing I already ate the cost of this item, but not worth it at all to pay $25 a month to see your kids’ footage and then still fight their junk device.

For couple months or so the app was very buggy but all bugs appear to have been ironed out and it’s working great now.

Have not had any issues with the app or cameras in the past. All of a sudden I log in to the app and it’s saying my connection is not good and I do everything to make sure I have good connection an the app won’t even refresh just the same error on screen. I try reinstalling the app and now I can’t even log in because I’m still getting this same error message about my connection. There’s nothing wrong with my connection it’s fine everything else works. The cameras and monitor working in the home perfectly but this app is useless now and doesn’t work at all!!!!!!! Awful
