I’ve had two test at Saint Catherine’s for Sleep Study August 14 and August 15. Only August 14 is listed with no actual results? No charts were provided. No analysis of a charts was provided, no record of the August 15 visit and testing and results was provided on my chart. there was no comparison between September 2025 Sleep Study. And August 26, Sleep Study I am not satisfied with this recordkeeping. and it looks like I’ll have to repeat this, Sleep Study and MSLT Study in September at the Veterans administration because I have nothing to show them I’m to studies except results of some blood test. Unacceptable.
