2026-05-17	Ki*****	I’ve had a couple auto loan apps and this one is by far the most not self explanatory app when it comes to transferring money into the account and around the account. Very frustrating app to work with and set up auto payments 🙅

2026-04-16	Br*****	I paid off a $15,000+ auto loan in March 2026 and come to find out they put my money into a savings account. I didn’t even know existed. I get a text today saying that I am past due on my payment. Once I made the payment, apparently they called me one time and left a message which I did not see. But they only called me once. So over a 20 day period interest accumulated. Without my knowledge and I had to pay another $102 because they couldn’t do their job and call me back. I will never trust this company with my money again and I hope you do the same.

2026-04-04	S6*****	I use my Ipad 99% to check my accounts. Now I cannot see what I need to see because screen will NOT reformat t0 landscape. Once this gets fixed then you will have a descent app. I have other financial accounts and EVERY ONE of them I can view in landscape mode on my IPad. Please fix this.
