Lost over 2 years of progress (100,000+ stars) after connecting Facebook, which loaded an older account and overwrote my current one. Support initially responded but has not replied in over a week despite multiple follow-ups and requests for escalation. They even said that it is possible to fix…but that they basically just didn’t feel like it. (In so many words). I’m hoping this can be reviewed and resolved, as this was a significant amount of progress.

I love the game but we have been waiting for new areas to open for several months, without new areas frequently opening you can’t expect people to keep playing, it just gets boring

I’ve been playing this game for some years now. I am on level 1768. I have ran out of game. I’ve been waiting for months for them to add new additions so I can keep building, but I have built everything. I want to keep playing. I have 400 stars saved up. But there’s no sense in it if there’s nowhere to go in the game anymore. I love the graphics. The levels are very hard sometimes and that keeps me on my toes. I have had it on every phone I’ve ever had. I am really going to miss it. Hopefully one day you’ll add more land to decorate.
