Should have cancelled immediately but had a week, then automatically was subscribed for one year. Requested refund right away and have heard nothing. Please refund me and I will delete complaint review.

2026-08-10	Kr*****	It’s a total scam. I thought I had canceled the trial and didn’t see it on my subscriptions in Apple. They just charged my card directly. I don’t know how they even got it.

2026-08-09	th*****	The app is fun, but pressures you multiple times into subscribing for a subscription with a 7 day free trial to even start lessons. I do enjoy the learning aspect, but I wish learning was free for everyone instead of needing a subscription to just learn.

2026-08-09	Fr*****	I was excited to use this app. Unfortunately there is no free version of the app. I would like to at least see if I like the app before signing up for a membership. I refuse to do the free trials because it feels like the goal is to get extra payment from people who use the app once and forget about it.

As I was in the process of getting rid of the app, it offered me a 79% off deal, so I took it. As soon as I purchased the deal and tried to get on the app, it would not let me learn anything without purchasing the original higher priced version. So I deleted the app completely and canceled the subscription charge. I guess there was a delay in processing so it charged me for the app several days later. Ridiculous, don’t get this app.
