I just had the amazing experience of customer service that was immediate, helpful, and compassionate. What a wonderful team at Nibble! First, my exploration of this product was very enjoyable and productive. I would love to continue using it. However, I am in the midst of a season of grief and turmoil, with very little time for myself or even time to read a book. I missed the reminder to cancel my subscription (for now). When I saw that it had renewed automatically this morning, I reached out to Nibble customer service and - despite my poor communication and the situation completely being my own fault, they made an exception for me. I almost cried. To have someone actually read and care and respond meant so much to me. Thank you, Nibble team! I look forward to a time in the not too distant future when I will get to learn in delightful ways using your app!
