I truly appreciate the quick response and efficient work. The new CBCARE app made it easy to submit and track my complaint. Thank you for your dedication to serving residents. 2026-07-28	Ca*****	70% of the time the App isn’t working. When it does work it works half way. Residents aren’t able to give their feedback when a complaint is incorrectly marked as resolved. Most of the complaints are unresolved but they have been marked resolved. The dept has no way of confirming if the complaint has been actually resolved, they simply go on the verbal acknowledgement of the various depts supervisors. And we all know how honest our people are.
