User Reviews

User feedback centers on frequent crashes, restarts, and unreliable ticket syncing, which undermines field work. Photo uploads and attachments are inconsistent, with some reviews reporting missing photos or delays. Filters reset after app restarts and the search/filter workflow is cumbersome. Some users notice high storage use and slow startup. A minority note improvements in newer updates, including better auto-sync, a more integrated map/list view, and photos functioning more reliably. However, regressions after updates and ongoing bugs persist for many users, making the app difficult to rely on in the field.
Pros
  • Improved stability with fewer crashes
  • Auto-sync works reliably
  • Consolidated map/list view for tickets
  • Better photo handling with more photos per ticket
  • More user-friendly interface (improved UX)
Cons
  • Frequent crashes and auto-closing/restarting, especially when switching apps or locking the screen
  • Ticket syncing/closing reliability issues: tickets not syncing or reappearing; tickets not closing properly
  • Photo upload/attachment problems: photos sometimes fail to upload or disappear after restarts
  • Filters reset on restart and search/filter UX is cumbersome
  • High storage usage and slow startup/performance issues

So after a few days of using UtiliSphere and having numerous issues, the app is beginning to grow on me. There are areas where improvements are necessary but I am confident the developers are working to make those happen. Overall, the app functions quite nicely and if my company would just step it up and get the updated asset maps to have implemented into the app then all will be well. Q

The app sucks. The camera is sounding like it’s taking photos but it is not, the app is constantly closing itself, tickets are reappearing in my bucket even though I closed them hours ago. Some serious software updates need to be made.

App barely functions. I don’t know how companies keep getting duped into using this GARBAGE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
