Company changed. This company cannot handle customer service at all well. Why? Because they treat us like 2nd-class pawned-off people, not organically & honestly obtained customers who love their homes. Horribly unethical pushing for refinancing & outsourced employees that cannot listen nor follow up with you when you need them. They play with escrow, borderline RESPA illegally, as if it’s their little REIT float investment piggy bank - probably their little PE RITHM Capital slush fund. They cannot address me & my partner by name. I probably wouldn’t be able to understand the overseas outsourced accent anyways but it doesn’t matter bc theuy’ll just leep transferring your call to still fo NOTHING! They obviously can’t invest in US-based jobs to collect a debt but they have dual-citizenship board members up there collecting... Yes, we know you have MY debt… Do I want to be with you for much longer, let alone decades? Absolutely no way that’s happening. I would NEVER recommend this particular company (over better ones) who is monetarily controlled & steered by evil black____ private equity, institutional investors trying to take over the American homeownership dream w horribly implemented AI w Rezi GPT & CS deflection to ValonOS for Rithm Capital’s profiteering off putting us in a blacksomethingmail corner. Stay away or getaway as soon as you can. This unethical REIT is NOT operating out of SC like when the REAL company first got my mortgage & ACTUALLY helped. They are overseas outsourcers & US job takers & nothing but peddlers pocketing off our lives when we needed someone to trust. Report them under RESPA.

First my bill comes in the mail on the day it is due and then I cannot download this app. My internet is working for everything else. Now my payment will be late through no fault on my part.

This app functions like it was created a decade ago. To monitor the loan you have to have another app downloaded, and that app’s connection needs to be reconnected constantly in order to simply view your basic loan information. Whoever was in charge of this most recent update needs to be demoted.
