MTR Care is an inclusive mobile app by MTR designed for the elderly and customers with special needs. It consolidates five core functions—Trip Planner (Simplified Version), Barrier-free Facilities Information, Wheelchair Portable Ramp Booking, In-Station Navigation (For Visually Impaired), and In-station Assistance (For Hearing Impaired)—to make journeys smoother. Real-time Lift Maintenance Information is included to help users plan ahead.

Each function is designed to support safer, more independent travel: Trip Planner offers routes and real-time lift details; Barrier-free Facilities Information shows station amenities for mobility, visual, and hearing needs; Wheelchair Ramp Booking enables advance ramp reservations with lift-status updates; In-Station Navigation provides audio prompts and auto repositioning across key lines for visually impaired users; and In-station Assistance gives non-emergency help for hearing-impaired travellers at select stations.
