User reviews show the app has essential maps and route-planning features and is considered well-organized by some users. However, many reviewers report serious reliability and usability issues: frequent crashes and slow performance; login/authentication problems; a redesign that worsens ease of use, with extra steps and harder map interactions; and ads or banners that obscure the planning UI. Recent reviews

The stupid app never sends the OTP code, and if you try to start all over it won’t let you reuse your email which you signed-up with because it wasn’t authenticated. Very poor programming. Seems it has no memory built-in for autofill or facial recognition. Maybe this is a PalmPilot program? It loads and processes super slow with full bars and 5G. Being in Hong Kong one would expect exceptional service and technology, so it must have been outsourced somewhere. Support and FAQ’s are worthless.
