Cons

Features and new equipment integration are slow or missing; many sections show 'coming soon' for months, and new gear (C10, C12, G12, C20, etc.) is not in the app.
Frequent crashes, loading issues, and data loss; videos may fail to load or play.
Limited customization and rigid program flow; unable to build own workouts or easily modify or back out of a program.
Tutorial/video content is unreliable or incomplete; few multi-angle views and inconsistent availability.
Usability gaps such as poor navigation, missing search, and sparse help resources (FAQs) with some reports of poor customer support.

I have the Force G6. I love the machine. This app is a good starting point. Has shown me various exercises. I wish it offered a complete workout routine. I’d be willing to pay a subscription for it. I do use it regularly however I’m searching YouTube for a better routine using a cable machine.

Equipment is great but the app seems like they haven’t touched it in 2 years

Everything cost money, but with AI and how easy it is to develop an app (apps going away), this one is lagging way behind other free versions and sooooo far behind the cheapest paid version. So why even have it up???? Just makes the company which is t bad, look really bad.
