Lost access to my account five weeks ago and cannot sign back into my account which had at the the 400 points. Attempts to sign back into it only takes you to “create new account” with the message “something went wrong please try again”, how much later do you need? No phone number to call and basically waiting on someone to reply back via email. Just give me my account back please!!
