Okay it wasn’t perfect but it was perfectly fine. I don’t open the app for maybe a month and in the time I was away there has been a horrendous update… no you can’t call it an update, it’s literally a downgrade. Captions don’t work, autoplay doesn’t exist, pausing and playing with AirPods doesn’t work, all comments from videos are gone. And to top it all off, the app support seems to not exist. This is my only way to voice the glaring issues with this app right now. I’m not saying it’s easy to program an app, but it was fine before. None of the current issues/lack of features were a problem before. Now an update has somehow removed features it previously had and doesn’t operate properly. This needs fixed please

I don’t like the fact that my subscription which I’ve had for years is now useless as I can no long log in yet my monthly subscription is still valid and paid for. Seems they are moving away from the App Store or some change and they are asking me to subscribe again. Seems like my current paid subscription should continue at least for the time I already paid for.
