The litter box is great and the app is …. fine? It gives me more or less the info I need. However, the app is very rudimentary and can be laggy especially when viewing data. The design is also very unpolished and unprofessional looking. It’s a littler box company not an app company so I’m not too bothered about it but if an app with a pleasing UX is a must for you , you’ll be disappointed. Honestly though the litter box itself is 5/5 stars and even with the lackluster app I would definitely purchase again ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ UPDATE: I had to get a replacement box which they sent me for free which was fantastic and I still highly support this company. However. Since I got the new box I realized I can no longer customize notifications. This makes the app essentially unusable bc I get an alert every time a cat enters the box. I can’t turn those notifications off without also losing “box is full” and other notifications. The product continues to be excellent but this app is just terrible.

Love the Litter box modern and easy design but the App on phone is a Brown color small print hard to read no options to make bigger or change color on the App …
