2026-05-20	ru*****	It’s great when it works. I have only been able to use it half the time I have had it because the app has so much trouble not working. I’ve had it for 4 months and honestly the app has worked half the time. When they get the app together it would be worth it. And is almost impossible to reach customer service when the app is like this.

2026-05-01	Do*****	Zone notification entry and exit did not return after the hack. They worked for one day then stopped. Tech support said unplug the unit then plug it back in. That didn’t work. This is beyond frustrating and clearly an issue on Vyncs end that has not been fixed

2026-04-28	Mr*****	Some how I was logged out and now can’t log in. I’ve deleted and reinstalled app, nothing. I’ve called numerous times and a recording answers then just hangs up after making selection. I’ve tried online tech support and of course, error! I’m stuck with a system you can’t use.
