User feedback centers on reliability and access issues. Repeated outages and prolonged downtime occur with little or no notice, undermining critical fleet and location-tracking features. Many report being unable to sign in or stay logged in, with password resets failing. Support is frequently unavailable or slow to respond. The app also shows stability problems—locking up, buffering, and slow navigation—often with inconsistent GPS data and zone notifications not functioning. A few long-time users recall a smoother experience before the 2.0 update, but current problems dominate.

It’s great when it works. I have only been able to use it half the time I have had it because the app has so much trouble not working. I’ve had it for 4 months and honestly the app has worked half the time. When they get the app together it would be worth it. And is almost impossible to reach customer service when the app is like this.

Zone notification entry and exit did not return after the hack. They worked for one day then stopped. Tech support said unplug the unit then plug it back in. That didn’t work. This is beyond frustrating and clearly an issue on Vyncs end that has not been fixed
