metabolic pioneers remote patient monitoring and digital therapeutic approaches for more optimized diabetes care. It incorporates continuous blood monitoring, as well as the monitoring of dietary, physical activity, sleep, and other data in real-time, with the aim to make care for diabetic patients more accessible and efficient. Much of the data is collected through accessing Apple Healthkit, with the user’s permission, the App communicates with HealthKit or CareKit to access this data. The full list of information that the patient can share with the app is Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Glucose level, Steps, Physical Exercise (Activity), Weight, Food log, Hydration, Smoking, Sleep, and Alcohol intake. These data can be added manually or via adding Devices and Applications.
