Why is the only way to pay my loan by linking my bank account? Why can’t you just charge my card. You don’t need my social security number 3 times to make a payment. Absolutely absurd institution. Their phone payment system is terrible. Mobile system, terrible. And online TERRIBLE. They literally tell you to give them all your banking information so they can set up your account. Yeah cause private companies can definitely be trusted, so here let me just give you my username and password I trust you. 🤡
