Later I found out the billing details were “incorrect” (their words) - yet I was never notified that anything needed to be fixed. I only learned there was a problem when I arrived to show a home and the app said my account was disabled. Then I was hit with a surprise $50 late fee and my waiver request was denied. Customer service was unhelpful and focused on policy instead of the fact that the system confirmed AutoPay and gave zero notice before disabling access. This needs basic billing alerts and a grace period before suspension. | |

When I did call, I was met with another hurdle—your system flagged my number as spam. That’s odd, considering every other call I made that day went through without issue. This entire experience was frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. For a company that operates with minimal overhead and high profit margins, there’s no excuse not to have a simple, user-friendly feature in the app to manage billing. You shouldn’t make your customers jump through hoops to pay you. Do better. | |
