Sign-in and account verification problems are common, including emails not arriving, verification links taking to the App Store, and endless loading loops that prevent login.

This is by far the worst system ever made why not just use a normal lockbox since it’s hard enough to get most realtors to do their job now you need to rely on them to give you access? Out of 40 sentri locks I’ve been granted access 4 times I’m at the point to where if a house is using sentri lock I’m just going to avoid that house!

App force closes 9 times out of 10

Showings created through ShowingTime don’t create access requests in SentriConnect so I’m left to call the listing agent office for a one day code. So, basically, it doesn’t work. Maybe it’s a configuration problem, but there is no guidance on how to set it up.
