I have been using this app for almost 4 years now and this is the third time that I have reached a point where all of a sudden the app is no longer displaying my individual walk history and the only options I have are to log out and log back in, which will erase all of my walks up until this point. Every time I have reached out to customer service and they have simply told me that there is no way to fix this without losing my previous data . As someone who likes to go back and see paths that we took and also compare our times I’ve finally come to the conclusion that I’m going to have to look for a new app to use, which is a big disappointment because I love the aspect of this one where it’s for animal charity.

I have been using this app for several years. Loved it! Lately the ads are really getting in the way and some are not easily got around. I keep having to shut down the app and then reopening it to send my results to a friend.
