Document handling is another major pain point: users hit upload limits, see misleading success/failure messages, or can’t attach receipts to claims. The app also crashes or performs slowly, with frequent login loops and poor UX. Many features that work on the website are unusable or unavailable in the mobile app, and support is slow or unhelpful. Balance viewing is sometimes the only reliable function.

This app rarely ever works, if you are relying on this for health or depend care reimbursement, you may as well not sign up for fsa. This companies horrible technology and customer support will absolutely result in you not getting your money reimbursed.
