2026-04-10	Ar*****	Bank5 is great but they do a horrible job of using multiple domains, not supporting their apps, etc. is there a new app now? I have no idea. I see a new app. It sounds similar. Maybe? This one gives me a generic login error. Guess I’ll go plug my credentials into some other unknown app and hope it’s the right one.

2024-07-18	As*****	I have to laugh at the whole “no overdraft fees” thing they don’t even let you overdraft if you need it, and regardless of all of that, I have not had the greatest start with this bank

2018-11-10	Te*****	I’ve had Bank5 Connect for a couple years now and have made it my mission to switch all my family over as well. The app works well (powered by DigitalInsight) and the customer service of this bank is awesome. Not only do you get great interest rates, you also get great perks like ATM surcharge refunds.

2016-09-18	Bc*****	I've been using this app with no problem for almost a year. Was disappointing but not a deal breaker you can make external transfers on it. But now all of a sudden I can't even log in. Touch ID stopped working as did my regular log in. All is fine on the website so it seems to be just the app. Not sure how long I can keep these accounts if I can't access them!
