BankFive Mobile is a free mobile banking app designed for iPhone and iPad. It lets you check balances and recent transactions, transfer funds between accounts, deposit checks (iPhone only), pay bills, view copies of cleared checks, and locate ATMs and BankFive branches. All communications are protected with SSL encryption.

Note: enrollment in Online Banking is required for full features; deposit capability is currently limited to iPhone, with iPad coming soon; Bill Pay must be set up in Online Banking. BankFive does not charge a fee for the app, though messaging and data rates may apply.

I have nothing but great things to say about Bank5 and its staff the service is excellent, and everyone I've interacted with has been professional, helpful, and kind. However, the mobile app is a real letdown. It feels outdated, like something from 2015. It's slow, crashes often, and the overall experience is frustrating. In a time when most banking apps are fast, intuitive, and reliable, this one seriously needs a major update. I hope the bank invests in modernizing the app soon, because the quality of the service deserves a much better digital experience.
