2025-01-03 Cr***** When creating a password, it repeatedly states “invalid password.” It doesn’t matter what password, or how many times tried, it keeps stating it’s an invalid password. I’m deleting it. The app is junk.

2024-02-26 Gr***** Have had trouble logging in on app multiple times in the past three days. Just sits there and spins then if I’m lucky it might go through on my second or third attempt. Also after I pay my bill it gives me a confirmation number and shows it’s zero balance due but actually it doesn’t even process through my bank. This has happened on two bills in the past 30 days - ever since the new update it’s not working.
