2023-02-14	Mi*****	Well for years I was ok with their service. Until now, because I cancelled my home internet I got over 60gb limit and even that I suppose to have unlimited data, speed in my phone went rapidly down. When I called costumer service they told me that they fixed that and I have to just reboot my phone. Nothing changed. I went to Apple store, they ran diagnostic because I thought something is wrong with phone. They found issues, but not with the phone, with cellular provider!!! So I called to Straight Talk, same answer - reboot your phone !!!

2023-01-08	Ps*****	My family lives in the pacific polynesian area and ive been trying to use the app to call back home, followed the instructions the app gives and it still didnt work, glad i only wasted $10. On a side note the straight talk phone service works alright, its good for people who dont wanna get into inconvenient phone plans

2022-12-11	Lu*****	The setting words on the bottom of app are too light of a grey color & hard to see!! I had to change the bold settings on my phone to try to see it better!! Please change it to a darker text, like a black color, so we can see it better!!

2022-09-10	st*****	The app does not allowed to register my number. 5 calls , 6 different representatives and about 5 hours later and they can figure it out. No one can help you avoid at all costs it’s a nightmare!

2021-11-24	In*****	Honestly is a great app…just one thing I can’t make calls with Siri because the app hasn’t been developed enough. For example: I can ask siri to make a call with WhatsApp just by saying call xname with whatsapp and she will do it but I can’t do it with straighttalk international.

2021-11-08	th*****	After years of simply dialing a number to call Canada, my long distance stopped working. Mice invested several hours trying to resolve this issue with this company and it is defective. The app simply hangs up on the number I call and without the app it says “we seem to be experiencing technical difficulties” Far too much time wasted with this junk service. Switching to Verizon, better coverage and cheaper!
After years of simply dialing a number to call Canada, my long distance stopped working. Mice invested several hours trying to resolve this issue with this company and it is defective.
