Top positives are the gate feature’s speed and general parking usefulness when the app is functioning. The dominant issues are repeated login/registration problems, stability/compatibility failures across devices and updates, license-plate management with locked funds, top-up failures, and the stop/end parking feature not working.

Pros

Gate functionality is excellent and often avoids exiting the car.
Gate opening feature is prompt when it works.
Overall, the app can be useful for parking tasks when it’s functioning.

Cons

Persistent login/registration problems: wrong login details, invalid credentials, and errors like 'no mobile numbers' or registration failures.
Stability and compatibility issues: crashes on startup, location permission prompts causing crashes, not working on some iPhones/iOS versions (e.g., iOS 14), and updates breaking the app.
Account/license plate management problems: can't delete old license plates, can't add new ones due to max LPNs, and funds get locked as a result.
Top-up/credit addition failures: adding credit to the account does not work.
End parking/stop button not functioning: unable to end parking properly or stop when needed.

If I could rate this app zero stars, I would. I have an account which I can log into via the website but the app just keeps telling me “wrong login details” and when I click to change my password, it doesn’t recognize my email. This app is useless.

The apps needs overhaul pronto. Resetting of password is a mess. If I don’t remember old password how do I reset. Use new verification protocols for this app.
